A successful customer service representative will:

  • Serve as the contact for product and service-related requests and questions
  • Provide superior customer service to policyholders, prospects, and co-workers
  • Think critically and problem-solve to resolve client needs
  • Possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Office products and an ability to work in multiple applications
