As a business processor, you will create and process policies to meet our clients' needs. Change will be constant throughout the day, and your effectiveness in managing your workload and dealing directly with clients will enhance your quality of service. No insurance background required – we provide excellent training!

As a business processor, you will:

  • Process transaction using multiple computer systems
  • Input information received from underwriters and sales representatives, ensuring state-specific requirements are satisfied
  • Troubleshoot on the client's behalf, solving problems to best suit client's needs
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and unpredictable work volumes to ensure that work is delivered accurately and on time to our clients
