Change will be constant throughout the day, and your effectiveness in managing your workload and dealing directly with clients will enhance your quality of service. As a business processor, you will:
- Process transaction using multiple computer systems
- Input information received from underwriters and sales representatives, ensuring state-specific requirements are satisfied
- Troubleshoot on the client's behalf, solving problems to best suit client's needs
- Prioritize multiple tasks and unpredictable work volumes to ensure that work is delivered accurately and on time to our clients
