Federated Insurance® Recognized on 2026 National Corporate Mentoring Honor Roll

This April, during National Volunteer Month, Federated Insurance is proud to celebrate its ongoing commitment to youth mentoring. For the ninth year in a row, Federated^® has earned a spot on the National Corporate Mentoring Honor Roll, a recognition of our dedication to building meaningful mentor relationships.

Supporting Big Brothers and Big Sisters^®

The annual Federated Challenge^® is a shining example of mentorship in action, demonstrating the positive impact mentoring can have on shaping future leaders. At the most recent Federated Challenge, Federated Insurance raised an incredible $4,945,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters^®. Since the event began in 2005, it has raised a total of $62 million to support Minnesota’s three Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America^®. 

Why Youth Mentoring?

The National Corporate Mentoring Honor Roll is organized by MENTOR, a leading organization dedicated to advancing quality youth mentoring. Established in 2011 by former first lady, Michelle Obama, the Honor Roll encourages companies to inspire their employees to volunteer as youth mentors.
