Federated Insurance Reaches $3 Billion Milestone Ahead of Schedule

Federated Insurance^® has reached a significant milestone, surpassing $3 billion in total premium across its property, casualty, and life insurance lines. This achievement reflects the company’s strategic goal, set in 2022, to meet the evolving needs of its clients and association partners while expanding opportunities for its employees. The company had set its sights on surpassing $3 billion by the end of 2026, however Federated’s 3,000+ employees across the nation exceeded expectations by crossing the finish line a full two years ahead of target.
 
“Achieving $3 billion in total premium is a testament to the quality of Federated employees and the value they bring our 47,000+ clients across the country,” Federated Insurance Chairman, President and CEO Nicholas Lower said. “They earn the trust and confidence of a growing number of policyholders facing a variety of complex, evolving hazards each and every day. Federated recognized its employees’ collective efforts by hosting $3 Billion celebration events this Spring for team members at its office locations in Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; Indianapolis, Indiana; Sacramento, California; Kansas City, Missouri; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Phoenix, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; and Owatonna, Minnesota. The Owatonna celebration took place on June 4, 2025, at the Steele County Four Seasons Centre with employees based in Owatonna, Mankato, and Minneapolis in attendance.
