Federated DriveSAFE℠ Telematics Account Deletion Request
Please complete and submit the form below if you have used the Federated DriveSAFE mobile telematics app and would like for your user account and personal information to be deleted.
This account deletion process includes the deletion of user-specific and individually identifiable information including name, email address, mobile number, user ID, vehicle identifiers, GPS location (geolocation) data, and other personally identifiable information.
Enter in your name and the email address associated with your account. Once you submit this form, it may take several business days for your request to be completed.
