    Federated® is proud to support our longstanding partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters® (BBBS). This organization promotes youth mentoring programs to inspire change and provide opportunities for young people. 

  • Wallin Education Partners Home

    Federated Insurance and Wallin Education Partners have a long-term partnership that provides scholarships for youth. This program helps high-potential, underrepresented students who face financial challenges in college.

  • Mentor Home

    Federated provides financial support for MENTOR, a nationwide mentoring organization that provides quality mentoring relationships for young people. 

  • Junior Achievement Home

    Federated is proud to partner with Junior Achievement USA. This group gives volunteer opportunities to helps students prepare for their futures and make smart economic and academic choices. 

  • Federated Challenge Home

    This annual fundraiser hosted by Federated Insurance supports youth in Big Brothers Big Sisters® programs in Minnesota and across the nation. The goal is to create mentoring relationships and access to higher education opportunities.

  • United Way Home

     All Federated Insurance office locations participate in workplace United Way fundraising campaigns to support our communities.

  • Alliance for Greater Equity Home

    Alliance for Greater Equity provides education, scholarships, and resources to help advance opportunities and build a stronger community. 

  • Minnesotans' Military Appreciation Fund Home | 20 Years of Thanks | Est. 2005

    Federated provides charitable donations to the Minnesotans’ Military Appreciation Fund (MMAF) to support military personnel and their families.

  • Feed My Starving Children Home

    We provide charitable donations for Feed My Starving Children to help support food distribution efforts around the world.

  • Best Buddies Minnesota Home

    Federated takes meaningful relationships to the next level by supporting Best Buddies, an organization that fosters one-to-one friendships and leadership development programs for those with and without intellectual disabilities.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    For Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor Dr. King's legacy by performing individual acts of kindness and giving back to our communities through service initiatives like company-wide toiletry drives and local winter clothing collections.

  • Black History Month

    We celebrate Black History Month by recognizing the achievements of Black pioneers, exploring their impact on our country, and sharing cultural cuisine to honor and appreciate Black heritage.

  • Asian American and Pacific Islander Month

    Each May, we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month by recognizing its significance, highlighting the diversity within AAPI communities, and educating employees about the cultures and identities that shape the AAPI experience.

  • National Hispanic Heritage Month

    We celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by educating employees on the differences between Hispanic and Latino identities and honoring the rich traditions of Hispanic culture through events like Cinco de Mayo, Día de los Muertos, cultural activities, and food.

  • Veterans Day

    Each year, we honor our veterans by recognizing their service and dedication to protecting our freedoms through meaningful connections, an executive luncheon celebrating their contributions, and a military-themed gift as a token of appreciation.
