Risk Appraiser (Premium Auditor)
Reviews and verifies policyholder financial records to determine final earned premium
Evaluates premises to help determine acceptability and proper coverage
Communicates information to underwriters, marketing representatives, and policyholders
Risk Consultant (Loss Control)
Helps larger business clients establish and maintain risk management programs
Practices advanced loss control/risk management techniques
Advises clients on eliminating or minimizing exposure to various hazards
Conducts risk surveys to assist underwriters and marketing representatives with evaluating acceptability
Directs safety meetings for clients' employees
Conducts safety presentations for clients, trade association members, and other groups
