  • Balance multiple tasks and demands and adapt to changing priorities
  • Have strong analytical and decision-making skills

Federated provides extensive training both in the classroom and on the job. Your training as a CCCR will begin with a formal training class (on-site). During this class, individuals must obtain a Minnesota Property and Casualty Producer insurance license. This license must be maintained for the position by completing continuing education. Federated employees also have Company support for insurance courses and individual self-development activities. See Training/Development to learn more about Federated's extensive training programs.
