Designated Federated representatives serve on recruiting teams at a variety of colleges and universities across the nation. These representatives frequently visit campuses to get acquainted with students and inform them about career opportunities in the insurance industry.
During our visits to campus, we build relationships with students and faculty by:
Delivering presentations to classes, clubs, and other organizations
Meeting with various individuals - club presidents, faculty, professors, career service professionals, athletic coaches, etc.
Partnering with faculty to help students prepare for their careers
Participating in career fairs and campus interview days
